The traditional four paths of yoga are explained and examined through a contemporary framework. Also, we look at what aspects of the Christian tradition address the same aspects of the spiritual life as the yoga paths. The four paths are:
Hatha Yoga - The physical kind that we think of as "yoga."
Bhakti Yoga - The Devotional type, often for the more emotionally-inclined seeker.
Karma Yoga - Non-attached action. Service.
Jnana Yoga - The path of knowledge and wisdom, often for the more intellectually inclined. Traditionally called "the bird path," and according to some, the quickest path.
